German video technology manufacturer - Dallmeier will be presenting video-based solutions for logistics as a sub-exhibitor at the stand of the Mobility & Logistics cluster (Hall 8, Stand C55) at LogiMAT 2023 from 25 to 27 April 2023.
Standardised image quality
Due to the tense cost situation, logistics companies are increasingly looking for economical solutions with which they can manage their processes efficiently. The patented "Panomera®" multifocal sensor cameras will therefore be the focus of Dallmeier's trade fair presentation.
These cameras offer an optimal overall view with any number of detail views in the required image quality according to IEC EN 62676-4, the international standard for video surveillance systems.

Directly from the control centre, logisticians can monitor different areas with ease
Directly from the control centre, logisticians can monitor different areas with ease and in a way that can be used in court. These include warehouses, loading and shipping areas, swap bodies, and hazardous crossings. The result: improved claims management, enhanced health and safety, and protect employee and customer relations.
At the perimeter, the cameras use AI-based video analytics to classify objects such as people, animals, and vehicles, minimising the number of false alarms. Panomera® cameras also reduce the total cost of ownership of video technology by reducing the number of systems, installation points, and infrastructure required to monitor large areas and long distances.
Protect sensitive areas with AI video analytics
With over 300 product variants, the Domera® dome camera range is suitable for many other applications in logistics. Up to 4K resolution provides crisp, clear images and the integrated dual matrix LED ring provides IR/white light to illuminate even the darkest corners. In addition, the Domera® camera series offers logistics professionals a wide range of AI-based video analytics applications.
For example, the AI Loitering Detection App detects people and evaluates their dwell time in a defined sensitive zone. If the dwell time limit is exceeded, the system triggers an alarm and an integrated speaker can be used to automatically ask the person to leave the area.
“Privacy & security by design”
Data protection and security functions ensure that logistics companies can operate video solutions with GDPR
Dallmeier develops and manufactures all products at its headquarters in Regensburg, Germany. Extensive functions for data protection and data security ensure that logistics companies can operate video solutions in compliance with the GDPR.
This includes features such as the so-called four-eyes principle, which means that the pixelation of persons can only be cancelled if, for example, a works council member is also present. Dallmeier offers further information on its video-based logistics solutions on its homepage.
Turn images into assets
In 1984, Founder & CEO Dieter Dallmeier founded what is currently Dallmeier electronic, not in the proverbial garage, but in a garden shed in Regensburg, Germany.
Currently, the company, which can justifiably call itself a hidden champion for video information technology "Made in Germany", has several hundred employees worldwide, more than 250 of them at the company headquarters in the centre of Regensburg alone.
From commercial enterprises to World Cup stadiums
Dallmeier's camera, recording, software, and analysis solutions optimise security and processes for B2B end customers in a wide range of industries in over 60 countries.
The focus is on users from the casino, smart city, airports, logistics, stadiums, and industrial sectors. But also, banks, critical infrastructure facilities as well as medium-sized companies from all sectors.
The low total cost of ownership
The "multifocal sensor technology" Panomera® allows up to 300 camera variants with only 18 components
With pioneering innovations, Dallmeier has succeeded time and again in placing itself at the forefront of technology: From the world's first digital image storage system with motion analysis in 1992, the patented "multifocal sensor technology" Panomera® with its "Mountera®" mounting system, to the latest Domera® camera family, which allows up to 300 camera variants with only 18 components.
These and many other innovations provide real, tangible customer benefits. And with a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and a high Return on Investment (ROI), they can easily compete with systems produced and supplied by low-wage countries.
Cybersecurity, data protection, and ethical responsibility
With 100% "Made in Germany", Dallmeier also guarantees customers the highest standards in data protection, cybersecurity, and ethical responsibility. With high-quality and short supply chains, Dallmeier also ensures almost incidentally, sustainability and environmental protection.
From the prestigious headquarters in the centre of Regensburg, Dallmeier not only carries out its research and development but also the complete manufacturing process from component to product to solution.
