Elaborate training and certification processes often act as a deterrent for installers and channel partners. To make it as easy as possible for existing and new partners to do business with the proven Panomera® and Domera® camera systems, Dallmeier has completely restructured its training and authorisation programme.
Interested partners can qualify as fully-fledged Dallmeier partners with just two training sessions. With another day of "Technical Training", installers can even become Panomera® partners.
New training programme
Training and authorisation have always been a challenge in video security technology: partners must be sufficiently qualified to ensure the necessary high quality for the end customer.
At the same time, every manufacturer authorisation naturally involves effort and costs for channel partners and installers. The new training programme of Dallmeier electronic GmbH & Co. KG aims to alleviate this dilemma.
Only a one-day additional training for "Panomera®"
As additional options, there are a 2x4 hours "Technical Update Training" and an "Authorised Trainer" training
Partners can attend the courses both online and offline. Only two training courses are required for qualified sales, installation, and maintenance of the Domera® Single Sensor Cameras: The first is the "Onboarding" (Level 1), which can be completed either as a 3-hour online course or as part of a "Dallmeier Partner Day".
This is followed by a 2-day "Technical Training Basic" (Level 2). This is preferably held as classroom training, but can also be conducted online if required. To be able to carry out projects with the manufacturer's Panomera® Multifocal Sensor Systems independently, interested partners complete a further "Technical Training" course (Level 3). As additional options, there are a 2x4 hours "Technical Update Training" (Level 4) and an "Authorised Trainer" training (Level 5), with which partners can carry out training courses themselves.
"Team-Up" enables partners to start immediately with Dallmeier
For partners who need to act without delay e.g. because they want to serve a specific project with Dallmeier cameras at short notice – there is also a "shortcut".
With the offer, "Team-up" partners who have not yet attended Dallmeier training can install and deploy Dallmeier cameras immediately and without further delay. For this purpose, they can choose from a broad portfolio of project support services and add them on a modular basis.
Dallmeier: Turn images into assets
With pioneering video technology from Germany
In 1984, Founder & CEO Dieter Dallmeier founded what is Dallmeier electronic not in the proverbial garage, but in a garden shed in Regensburg, Germany.
Currently, the company, which can justifiably call itself a hidden champion for video information technology "Made in Germany", has several hundred employees worldwide, more than 250 of them at the company headquarters in the centre of Regensburg alone.
Customers: From commercial enterprises to World Cup stadiums
Dallmeier's camera, recording, software, and analysis solutions optimise security and processes for B2B end customers
Dallmeier's camera, recording, software, and analysis solutions optimise security and processes for B2B end customers in a wide range of industries in over 60 countries.
The focus is on users from the casino, smart city, airports, logistics, stadiums, and industrial sectors. But also, banks, critical infrastructure facilities as well as medium-sized companies from all sectors.
The low total cost of ownership "Made in Germany"
With pioneering innovations, Dallmeier has succeeded time and again in placing itself at the forefront of technology: From the world's first digital image storage system with motion analysis in 1992, the patented "multifocal sensor technology" Panomera® with its "Mountera®" mounting system, to the latest Domera® camera family, which allows up to 300 camera variants with only 18 components.
These and many other innovations provide real, tangible customer benefits. And with a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and a high Return on Investment (ROI) they can easily compete with systems produced and supplied by low-wage countries.
Cybersecurity, data protection, and ethical responsibility through maximum vertical integration
With 100% "Made in Germany", Dallmeier also guarantees customers the highest standards in data protection, cybersecurity, and ethical responsibility.
With high quality and short supply chains, Dallmeier also ensures almost incidentally sustainability and environmental protection. From its prestigious headquarters in the centre of Regensburg, Dallmeier not only carries out its own research and development but also the complete manufacturing process from component to product to solution.
