D-Link, is extending its popular Vigilance camera range with the addition of the DCS-4703E. This 3-megapixel, Power over Ethernet (PoE), day and night bullet camera is perfect for outdoor installations.

The camera’s built-in high-performance infrared LED provides long distance night vision of up to 20 metres. The DCS-4703E is fully compatible with D-Link’s free D-ViewCam software which allows for up to 32 D-Link network cameras to be centrally managed, viewed in real-time and recording based on motion detection or schedule. Users can also upload a floor plan to create a realistic layout of the premises and camera locations, as well as set up e-mail and audio alerts. ONVIF support allows the DCS-4703E to work seamlessly with 3rd party video surveillance equipment, further simplifying the installation and management of the surveillance system.
