Mul-T-Lock UK appeared in a special supplement  in the Mail to raise awareness of Break Secure XP

Mul-T-Lock UK has appeared in a special supplement in the Mail on Sunday to raise awareness of Break Secure XP in the fight against cylinder manipulation attack.

The national newspaper featured a special Homes & Improvements tabloid supplement with a dedicated section on safety and security.

Mul-T-Lock offered the 250,000 readership consumer advice, including sourcing local locksmiths and asking for higher security cylinder solutions such as the BSi TS007 3* accredited Break Secure XP.

Says Steve Ross, Managing Director of Mul-T-Lock UK: “The fact that a national newspaper has included a home improvement supplement section incorporating carefully sought security advice, demonstrates the real consumer concerns regarding home safety.

“With the theme of the supplement being preparing a home for autumn / winter, a time when the number of burglaries traditionally increases, we would encourage locksmiths to utilise our presence here and urge householders to take extra precautionary measures to secure their home.”

The Mail on Sunday supplement is the latest in a series of high profile publications and news features highlighting the issue of cylinder snapping, which is now a UK wide issue.
