British Security Industry Association (BSIA) will be facilitating a visit of 50 UK companies to Intersec Dubai 2010
For the twelfth year running the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) will be facilitating a visit of 50 UK companies to Intersec Dubai 2010 - the international meeting platform for security, safety and fire protection companies.

The exhibition plays a major role in reflecting the security industry worldwide and will be an excellent opportunity for UK companies to showcase their capabilities and enthusiasm to explore markets throughout the wider Middle Eastern region.

As the trade association covering all aspects of the professional security industry in the UK, the BSIA will attend the show as part of the UK pavilion. It will host its own information point as well as facilitate the attendance of some of the UK's leading security exporters.

Peter Nicholls, BSIA Overseas Exhibitions Co-ordinator, comments: "Intersec Dubai is a major regional event that attracts many visitors from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. When we first got involved with the exhibition eleven years ago we took just 12 companies with us. Since then the popularity of Intersec Dubai has soared with more and more UK companies recognising the benefits of the show and getting involved."

BSIA Export Council Chairman, Paul Ramsay, comments: "Intersec plays an important role in bringing together key players in the global security industry to identify future opportunities for joint venture partnerships. It is an excellent opportunity for addressing the issues in which British companies play a fundamental role by providing innovative, quality and cost-effective security solutions, which we can then share with the international marketplace."

BSIA members Norbain, TDSi and IDL will attend the event and the following companies will be exhibiting in the BSIA UK pavilion: ADI Global Distribution, Elmdene Interational, Metham Aviation Design, Pyronix, Scanna MSC, Selectamark, SGW Security Consulting, Synectics Systems and Remsdaq.
