Temple Security's system division has achieved national recognition for its capabilities within the retail sector
The systems division of Temple Security has achieved national recognition for its capabilities within the retail sector. Temple has attained Assured Vendor status under the Altius assessment scheme, meeting stringent criteria for excellence in risk management.

The Altius vendor assessment service was established to meet the needs of businesses in the retail and hospitality sectors, providing benchmark quality assessments for potential contractors/service providers across a diverse range of qualifying criteria. Several major names insist that their suppliers are suitably assured.

Temple has worked extensively throughout the retail industry for many years, designing, installing and maintaining a range of CCTV-based security solutions. Its new Assured Vendor status is seen as a vindication of the quality of its support to date: "The assessment scheme offers buyers peace of mind that its suppliers are meeting stringent compliance criteria, improving efficiency and supply chain quality, and reducing exposure to risk and liability," says Chris Wisely, Director of Temple Security.

"We believe our clients will welcome our constant endeavour to maintain the highest standards of excellence."

Temple Security's systems division provides a range of CCTV, access control and intruder detection solutions across a range of challenging security environments, and has its own NACOSS-standard monitoring capability. It recently attained a similar quality accreditation (Link-up v.2) for its work in the rail industry.

The company, which is also known for its manned guarding capability, was recently acquired by Axis Security, one of the UK's fastest growing security service providers, in a move to expand its service offering nationwide.
