The C-AllView high speed, day/night PTZ cameras are designed for harsh and challenging environments and are sealed to IP67, making them the ideal choice for a wide range of external applications where physical abuse and extreme environmental conditions are likely to be faced. Newcomers to the range include the C-AllView Radar, which uses Navtech Radar technology to automatically position the camera to track persons and vehicles in applications such as airport security, perimeter protection and border control duties.
Joining this model is the C-AllView-IR, which comes in two versions. The first of these has an infra-red LED unit built-in the camera to provide night vision for distances of up to 50m. Its more powerful sister model uses an IR750 LED long-range adaptive illumination unit to provide 50°-180° of variable light illumination. This version offers the additional advantages of high performance (coverage up to 300m) coupled with low power consumption, low maintenance and a 10-year IR illuminator life. Applications for the model include night-time surveillance of car parks, industrial estates and other areas where obtrusive white light is unsuitable.
CBC will also be showcasing a range of other equipment at IFSEC, including its ground breaking Video Surveillance over Internet Protocol (VSOIP) software, which provides the flexibility and choice of using different manufacturers' equipment. Visitors to the company's stand can additionally see the latest 16-channel MPEG4 ZR-DHC 1630 DVR in action, as well as CBC's new 2.8-12mm and 2.9-8.2mm day/night Computar lenses.
Meanwhile, CBC will have its newly introduced Coaxi.Net product on show, which turns any standard analogue coaxial cable into a high-speed 100baseT Ethernet connection. Coaxi.Net can turn a simple analogue camera connection into a multiple IP camera connection in one easy and cost-effective move.
"Besides the attraction of all the new equipment that will be on display, we'll be staging a business card-based prize draw on our stand, offering visitors the chance to win a surprise gift that will be unveiled at the exhibition," says Marketing Manager Binit Shah.
