All three provide high-quality imaging and sensitivity whilst utilising Sony's intelligent Distributed Enhanced Processing Architecture (DEPA) technology. These models based on 1/3 type, complementary colour Progressive Scan CCD sensors with ExwavePRO technology. The SNC-DM160 model features a built-in heater and comes with a vandal-resistant polycarbonate dome and aluminium die-cast housing to offer IP66 ingress protection.
Another addition to Sony's mini dome range will be the analogue SSC-CD79 camera. This camera is based on a 1/3 type CCD with Sony's unique DynaView technology, offering a wide dynamic range for high sensitivity. The SSC-CD79 is also toughened, featuring IP66 ingress protection.
