Securitas has announced the appointment of a new Human Resources Director who will support the business to achieve its strategy of growth and commercial success.
Valerie Dale joins the security firm from G4S Secure Solutions (UK) Ltd and brings over 20 years’ HR experience to the role, 14 of which have been in HR management positions. A Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Valerie will be responsible for the overall HR Strategy for the Company and has been in the security industry for over 6 years, during which time she has helped to develop industry standards.

We’re hoping to expand on the already well-established training and development programmes and ensure an overall HR strategy that is in tune with the business’s philosophy. We’ll also continue to work closely with industry bodies such as the BSIA, Skills for Security and SIA.”
Valerie is the Vice Chair of the BSIA HR Committee, a Non-Exec Board Director at Skills for Security and the Chair for their Guarding Sector Consultation Group.
