55 executive-level participants from 35 countries attended SGPP

Suprema Inc., a leading provider of biometrics and ID solutions, held its annual Suprema Global Partner Program (SGPP) from October 24 to 26 in Jeju, Korea. With 55 executive-level participants from 35 countries attended SGPP who were from Suprema’s key regional distributors, system integrators and renowned security media. This year’s program covered new product introduction, marketing orientation, R&D roadmap and best practice presentations from partner companies.

Suprema CMO Young S. Moon launched the event with recent achievements of his company and participants shared important information on new products, industry trends and case studies from various front-end markets and regions.

“The growing scale of our annual partner event well reflects Suprema’s vigorous performance and our increasing influence over global security market,” said Young S. Moon, CMO at Suprema. “With the program, we aim to improve our partners’ strategic insight on Suprema products and solutions, and wish to further develop strategic consensus with our key partners from each regional markets we focus on.” Young added.

John Shi, Editorial Director of A&S International, spoke on trends of IP security around the world, by illustrating the recent transformation from analogue to IP throughout the security industry.

At the closing ceremony, awards were presented to selected companies for their outstanding performance in their region as a Suprema’s partner.

  • Best Partner of the Year: Siasa in Mexico won the award with achieving highest orders and sales figures

  • Best Project of the Year: PT. Yusung Tech in Indonesia won the award with local IDC project which clearly shows commitment to Suprema’s biometric IP access control solution

  • Rising Star of the Year: Entrypass in Malaysia won the award with its increasing sales performance which far outpaces Malaysia’s market growth
Suprema has a plan to extend its Global Partnership Program as a tool for distributor training and developing joint marketing strategies with its partners. Founded in 2000, Suprema now has more than 900 customers from 100 countries worldwide.
