IdentiSys, Inc., North America's largest sales and service integrator of identification, tracking and security products, today announced that it has purchased 100% of Gebco of Hawaii Inc.'s stock and will assume all of its ongoing business operations.  IdentiSys is also pleased to announce that David Richvalsky has accepted the position of vice president and general manager for Gebco of Hawaii, a division of IdentiSys.

The addition of Gebco of Hawaii and its significant Hawaiian customer base supports IdentiSys' leading position as North America's largest integrator and reseller of identification products and systems.  IdentiSys specializes in identification technologies and applications, including photo ID systems, access control, tracking and first responder accountability solutions.

With the expansion, IdentiSys will meet a wider set of customer needs and have a significantly greater opportunity to grow new and existing markets.

"Gebco is the leading supplier in the Hawaiian Islands for binding, lamination and photo ID systems, along with shredders," said Debra R. Ferril, president of IdentiSys.  "Now, the combination of IdentiSys and Gebco allows us to better deliver additional offerings to our markets while continuing Gebco's excellent commitment to current customers."

IdentiSys will continue to market under the Gebco of Hawaii name as a division of IdentiSys.  Mr. Richvalsky will oversee daily operations, bringing a strong background in sales and marketing with over 15 years of sales and operations experience in the Hawaiian Islands.  Most recently, he served in a similar role with Business Works of Hawaii.

"We are thrilled that David is going to run our Hawaiian division and become part of the IdentiSys management team," said Ms. Ferril.  "His market and management expertise will greatly assist with a smooth transition for our Hawaiian customers."
