Fluidmesh Networks, a worldwide leader in wireless IP Backhauling systems on the sub-6.0 GHz range, and MOBOTIX, a global leader in high-resolution IP video security cameras, have entered into a technology partnership. Together, the two companies offer an enhanced solution to integrators.
As Cosimo Malesci, Vice President of Channel Sales & Marketing for Fluidmesh explains: "We are partnering with Mobotix because of the great quality of their IP cameras as well as their decentralised recording capabilities. The ability to record at the camera level results in a much lower data load on the network. This approach is particularly advantageous if combined with our FluidThrottle ‘bandwidth on-demand' technology because it leads to substantial savings in the deployment of the system."
MOBOTIX, which is based in Germany, has been partnering with Fluidmesh in Europe for the past several years, so the progression to the U.S. partnership was a natural one.
