VIVOTEK's IP Surveillance Roadshow consists of a series of seminars and training courses

VIVOTEK's IP Surveillance Roadshow of 2009 has started rolling! After a successful start on March 16 in Jakarta, Indonesia, the roadshow will tour across Asia, the United States and South America from mid-March to April.

The roadshow, consisting of a series of seminars and training courses, is designed to provide information on the latest technologies and future market trends for IP surveillance as well as increase users' field knowledge. The seminars focus on the theme of megapixel, a new IP surveillance technology with the strongest growth potential in the near future. In the seminars, VIVOTEK displays how they have applied this technology to develop a total megapixel solution involving cropping, ePTZ, high efficiency H.264 compression, activity adaptive streaming, multiple streams and on-board storage. The training courses are held to improve FAEs and system integrators' knowledge of the IP surveillance industry and understanding of VIVOTEK's product portfolio.

"The IP surveillance industry is heading towards higher image quality to meet customers' demands. Having foreseen the strong growth momentum of megapixel technology, we believe the roadshow will bring significant benefits to the attendants in terms of their knowledge about the industry and market as well." said Owen Chen, Chairman of VIVOTEK.
