ASIS 2011, the leading security event, will feature the latest security technology and innovations

ASIS International, the largest organisation for security professionals worldwide, announces that Jeb Bush, former governor of Florida, and Vicente Fox, former president of Mexico, will be keynote speakers at the ASIS International 57th Annual Seminar and Exhibits (ASIS 2011), to be held Sept. 19-22 (Monday-Thursday) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fl.

As the 43rd Governor of the state of Florida, Bush's achievements include education reform, closing the achievement gap for Florida students, and yearly tax cuts, which helped Florida lead the nation in job growth. Co-author of Profiles in Character, a book profiling 14 of Florida's civic heroes, he currently heads his own consulting business and is chairman of the Foundation for Excellence in Education. Bush will speak on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8 a.m.

A visionary leader with a deep understanding of the economic and social challenges facing Latin America, President Fox is one of the world's most important voices on the contemporary geo-political landscape and the role of business in the developing world. In his autobiography, Revolution of Hope, President Fox outlines his vision of hope for the future of the Americas and the role of business in the developing world. President Fox will address attendees on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 8 a.m.

On Thursday, Sept. 22 at 12:00 p.m., entrepreneur and designer Burt Rutan will address attendees at the closing luncheon. Named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Inc. Magazine and described by Newsweek as "the man responsible for more innovations in modern aviation than any living engineer", Mr. Rutan is a visionary with a passion for the advancement of technology. Recent projects include the White Knight and SpaceShipOne, the world's first privately funded manned spacecraft.

ASIS 2011 is the security industry's leading event, attracting over 20,000 security, business, and government professionals from more than 90 countries. The comprehensive education programme will offer 180 sessions on every aspect of security.

This year's exhibit floor will feature more than 230,000 net square feet of the latest security technology and innovations, along with some 700 companies to demonstrate cutting-edge products and services.
