| Buying out Quick CCTV will enable Videoswitch to expand its product portfolio |

Paul Hucker, Quick CCTV's Managing Director, has been invited to join the Videoswitch board of Directors whilst Glen Waterfall will be appointed Sales Manager.
Videoswitch is a trading division of Ocean Systems Ltd. The company has been manufacturing high specification video products since 1984. The product range includes high performance DVRs with built in CD/DVD Writers and removable hard drives, high-resolution domes with built-in IR lighting and real time quads.
