The new blog with personal views from Frank DeFina offers insight to the industry and provides a forum for dynamic customer feedback.

Taking a core approach to relationship marketing, Panasonic System Solutions Company (PSSA) has announced the creation of a blog by its president, Frank DeFina.  The blog site will provide a forum for an open and interactive dialogue between Mr DeFina and members of the professional security community, as well as helping to put a human face on the company.

"For traditional business-to-business companies, blogging provides a direct way to connect with customers," said Julianna Benedick, Group Manager of Marketing, Panasonic System Solutions Company.  "Mr DeFina's blog will take on a ‘straight from the gut' demeanor and address issues from both a corporate and personal point of view."

Benedick also mentions the many industry related associations with which Mr DeFina is involved and cites how these ties will add to the content and value of the blog.  "Whether he's attending a forum on biometrics or talking about the latest concert he attended, Mr DeFina is well versed in technology and can offer an up close and personal perspective into what's going on," she said.

In addition to providing accessibility to Mr DeFina, the blog will offer links to other relevant sites, including other security blogs. "In demanding times such as these, Panasonic's leadership in technology enables us to take an active role in strengthening the industry," said Mr DeFina.  "Blogging is about getting people involved and building a community and I am looking forward to the challenge."
