Panasonic, a leading company of video surveillance cameras and solutions, announced a new addition to 6-series Fixed Dome Network Cameras. Featuring a built-in long focus-type vari-focal lens, the new WV-SFV631LT network camera provides high performance and advanced functionality such as Full HD 1080p at up to 60fps, an industry-leading 133dB wide dynamic range and a minimum illumination of 0.06 lux for colour images.

The WV-SFV631LT network camera with long focus-type lens is adjustable automatically with Auto Back Focus (ABF) and manually from 9mm to 22mm, providing 13.8° to 33.0° horizontal angular field of view with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 11.5° to 27.0° horizontal angular of view with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The outdoor camera is weather- and impact-resistant, with IP66-, NEMA4X- and IK10-ratings.

Additionally, all 6-series Fixed Dome Network Cameras, including the new WV-SFV631LT, support advanced image processing technologies such as Enhanced Super Dynamic, a wide range built-in IR LED to capture clear images in low light or complete darkness, dual SD memory card slots for local recording, an optional intelligent Video Motion Detection (i-VMD) such as intruder detection, two-way audio capability for remote control situations. All 6-series cameras generate up to four simultaneous high profile H.264 streams, thereby significantly reducing the H.264 bandwidth requirement and provide various transmission modes for a flexible and effective network design.
