Over 150 partners have benefited from the suite which has the full MOBOTIX range |
Mobotix AG, a leading manufacturer of digital high-resolution, network-based video security systems has released details of its partner activities at the MOBOTIX demonstration and meeting room at London's Iconic Gherkin office complex which it opened in February, 2011.
In just 1 year, over 150 partners have benefited from the suite which has the full MOBOTIX range available for demonstration set in the heart of London's financial district in a cutting edge environment within easy reach for busy professionals.
One of the partners that have been a regular host for prospective customers is Net-Ctrl, a MOBOTIX Partner with over 10 years experience in delivering Network Security, Physical Security, Storage, Back-up and Wireless Solutions.
“For us, the Gherkin offers a perfect location to showcase and demonstrate a complete MOBOTIX solution alongside the critical elements such as networking and storage that help us deliver a complete solution,” explains Paul Konec, Sales Manager - CNS, a division of Net-Ctrl, “We have run six events now, one each month since April. During that time we have demonstrated MOBOTIX solutions to over 50 existing and potential clients and the feedback has been excellent.”
For Net-Ctrl, this has also led to several sales such as a multi-camera project for Ruislip High School, a highly respected Mathematics and Computing Specialist School. As Graham Hickman, Network Manager from Ruislip High School explains, “The demonstration of MOBOTIX technology by Net-Ctrl was a real eye opener and helped us to decide which complete solution was the best fit for our requirements.”
Net-Ctrl have additional seminars planned over the next three months and Dominic Chapman, Business Development Manager for MOBOTIX UK & Eire is keen to encourage other partners to make use of its facilities, “When we opened our office in the Gherkin, our aim was to provide a tangible resource to help our partners to win deals in a world class facility and in a controlled environment. So far, that strategy has been a success. However, we still have plenty of availability, and are keen that other partners should also recognise the benefit it offers to collaborate, make new connections and take their customers to the next level. This is a fantastic facility and others need to recognise the opportunity this brings for their businesses.”
30 St Mary Axe, also known as the Gherkin and the Swiss Re Building, is a skyscraper in London's main financial district, the City of London and opened at the end of May 2004.
