Allied Universal, a global security and facility services company, has recently appointed Ryan Manning as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). He will be based in the Santa Ana corporate office of Allied Universal.

Ryan Manning will be responsible for overseeing all enterprise compliance globally for Allied Universal. With operations in over 90 countries around the world, he will contribute to the company’s ESG and sustainability goals, by furthering the company’s commitment to the highest ethical standards and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Ryan Manning has extensive experience in both the private sector and the federal government

With over 21 years in legal practice experience, Ryan Manning has extensive experience in both the private sector and the federal government. For more than 16 years, Ryan was an equity partner with Newmeyer Dillion, a Newport Beach-based, multi-service law firm, leading litigation teams and advising clients on legal compliance, risk management and litigation avoidance strategies.

Ryan Manning brings extensive experience in handling business, real estate and insurance coverage litigation, insurance policy interpretation, compliance and placement, risk avoidance, transfer and management, labour and employment.

Prior to joining Newmeyer Dillion, Ryan Manning served for 12 years in the United States Marine Corps on Active Duty and in the Reserves and was honourably discharged in 2005. He enlisted in the Marine Corps, right out of high school and was later commissioned and served as a Judge Advocate/Senior Trial Counsel on Camp Pendleton, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases involving a variety of crimes, including pre-mediated murder and war crimes. He has also received a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego - School of Law and has a Bachelor’s degree from the San Diego State University.
