Allied Universal, the world’s renowned global security and facility services company, has been recognised with two prestigious Human Capital Management Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group – a gold award in the category of Best Development Programme for Frontline Pioneers and a gold award in the category of Best Use of Blended Learning.
The 2023 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards™ were earned by Allied Universal’s training programme for frontline providers. The week-long management onboarding course provides newly assigned/promoted account owners and operators with essential practices, tools and guidance needed for success. The programme follows a blended learning approach integrating live instruction with virtual learning modules.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on these criteria:

- Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation and creativity
- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits
