The Africa Security Symposium (AFSEC17), will address the ever-growing concern for long-term security, development and stability across Africa by bringing Governments, UN and International Agency stakeholders, UN & AU Peacekeeping Forces, heads of intelligence, heads of Police, internal security, procurement teams, together with leading local, regional and global business operators for idea sharing, deal-making and bilateral discussions focused on Africa’s Security, Defence, Stability, Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Aid.

Utilising GRV Global’s revered format of plenary sessions, social networking, exhibition and direct matchmaking meetings, the Africa Security Symposium will bring Government officials from across all 55 member states, alongside Ministers of Defence and Interior from across Africa, Heads of the Armed Forces, United Nations & AU Peace Keeping Operations, UNOPS, African Centre for Strategic Studies (ACSS), UN Development Programme (UNDP), International Organisation for Migration (IOM), Oxfam, UNICEF, World Bank together with leading local, regional and globe operators for two days of information sharing, deliberation & discussions, and one-to-one meetings in an effort to create long-term collaborations and solutions for the good of the continent.
