March Networks™ 4000 C Hybrid Networked Video Recorders (NVRs)

The March Networks Hybrid NVRs permit an evolutionary technology step from DVRs to NVRs, taking advantage of the best of both systems.  High quality, low file size images are obtained from analogue cameras for security purposes, while high-resolution images are captured by IP cameras for identification and forensic evidence.

The units operate with the R5 Visual Intelligence Software Suite, which delivers superior system control and video surveillance with comprehensive case management and video evidence tools.

The 4000 C Series enables high-speed recording from 50 fps to 400 fps across 16 analogue inputs, with a further 8 optional megapixel IP camera ports.  MPEG-4 video with unique Adaptive Compression Technology, delivers exceptional bandwidth and storage efficiency, enabling rapid retrieval and long archive times.  An intelligent Video Retention System allows security managers to automatically index video according to its significance, retaining important alarm video or defined clips for extended periods.

Up to 4 high-capacity hard drives provide 1.6 TB of internal storage.  RAID storage may be configured both internally and externally providing unsurpassed reliability.  The unique docking station architecture permits fast installation and maintenance, and the built-in health watchdog enables remote diagnostics and e-mail alerts.
