A major or serious incident, whether it is terrorism or another major incident such as flooding, can occur at any time and in any place. Security Supervisors and Controllers will be the first to respond - they must react quickly and decisively and their response must be right. The course provides intensive, practical experience for dealing with any event confidently and calmly.
