XP125 modules are flexible hybrid modules, suited to create your own proximity (RFID) reader applications. The modules contain all necessary parts to read an RFID tag without making contact. All XP125 modules have an internal RF antenna. The read ranges which can be achieved vary from 4 cm up to a maximum of 20 cm depending on the type of module and antenna used. The modules need to be completed with a PCB and a housing to customize proximity reader applications.
