WP10EX: Tecnovideo’s new hazardous area stainless steel washer system

Product Profile

The Tecnovideo WP10EX Washer System is designed specifically for Hazardous Area applications. It is composed by a 10 litre reservoir together with an explosion proof solenoid valve, contained inside a stainless steel cabinet. The airtight reservoir is pressurised using an hand pump. After the tank is charged, the liquid is released by activating the explosion proof solenoid valve.

The WP10EX pressurised tank is a high performance washer system, with high quality fittings and components designed to withstand tough use in harsh environment installations. The WP10EX is designed to be used with Tecnovideo products as well as with third party products. The cabinet is entirely manufactured in AISI304 Stainless Steel (AISI316L is available on request).

The main features of the cabinet are strength, elegant design and small external dimensions (347x264x654 cm / 137x104x258 in). The integrated solenoid valve is ATEX certified (ATEX II 2G EEx em T4) and weatherproof rated IP65. Different valves with different certifications are available upon request.

24VAC, 110VAC and 240VAC supply voltages are available to meet every installation requirement.
