The 524r is a 100% wirefree remote keypad to compliment the 5 Series range. Scantronic's commitment to radio technology can be seen in this new product. The 524r allows you to set and unset the alarm system as you would a hardwired keypad and even activate a PA, the difference being you now have total flexibility to fix the keypad wherever you want without all the mess of a hardwired pad. The design is easy on the eye, and the keypad easy to operate making it a more saleable add-on to offer your existing and potential customers. The SCANTRONIC 5 Series eliminates the need for complex wiring between detection devices, making the product exceptionally easy to install and program, saving installation time and causing a minimum of disruption to your decor. With 16 million different system codes ensuring your alarm does not suffer radio interference from adjacent properties. Easy to operate, either from the on-board keypad on the 500r+ control panel or, from any of the 6, 525r remote setting devices you can set the whole premises or part of the premises to suit your particular requirements. Suitable for your home, office or shop and with the addition of a 660 speech communicator, your premises can be monitored by family, friends, neighbours or company members etc, providing enhanced security to your 5 Series alarm system.
