Simon Fieldhouse

Simon Fieldhouse is the CEO at Hardware Group. He joined the Hardware Group at its inception in 2004. After four years supporting the start-up phase in a business development and sales role, Simon joined the Executive team in 2008, and was subsequently appointed CEO in 2014. As a natural strategist and communicator Simon drives business transformation and strategy within the organisation and leads the direction of the Hardware Group across EMEA and the Americas. His vision and growth aspirations have enabled the Hardware Group to achieve double-digit annual growth, international expansion and gain multiple international accreditations. Under Simon’s direction, the Hardware Group is rapidly becoming an international force delivering technical solutions and services with offices now in the UK, USA, Nordics and South Africa, supported by Services & Logistics Operations in the UK & USA. Simon’s strategy of continuous business improvement and forward thinking is being further realised through the reorganisation of products and service offerings into five distinct divisions. He has completed his education from Malvern College.
