Simon Davis

Simon Davis is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Johnson Controls. He is responsible for establishing the long term people strategy and for day-to-day leadership of the HR organisation. At Johnson Controls, Davis has held a variety of Human Resources leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Talent Strategy and Organisational Excellence. Prior to that, he held roles across multiple business units in both the United Kingdom and Michigan. Davis spent nearly 10 years in the Automotive Experience business and five years in the Power Solutions business as Human Resources leader and talent strategist. He currently serves as chair for the Milwaukee Urban League and also sits on the board for the Milwaukee Public Museum. Davis has a bachelor’s degree in business from Sheffield Hallam University.
