Matthew Marriott joined STANLEY Security as Vice President, Operations Europe in April 2017, making the move to General Manager, Great Britain in 2018.  Prior to this he spent 13 years at one of the world’s leading elevator companies, starting as a field engineer and progressing to senior posts in the UK and globally.  Matthew’s extensive experience running businesses around the world, combined with his background in engineering, have stood him in good stead at STANLEY Security.  His focus on process discipline in delivering robust results and the value of the service side of the business have been a priority for him.  Matthew’s other key business passion is driving employee engagement and developing leaders.  In his spare time, Matthew is a keen marathon participant.
