Lance Roncalli

Mr. Roncalli is responsible for worldwide sales and business development at Crossmatch. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and operations in the technology sector. Previously he worked as VP of Sales for the Americas and Managing Director at Smiths Detection. Prior to Smiths, Roncalli was at Safran Group where he was responsible for developing the global strategy and associated distribution of the company’s biometric enrollment and verification terminals. Prior to that, Roncalli held various escalating international sales and marketing leadership positions at L-1 Identity Solutions, Fiberlink and Information Handling Services (IHS). Roncalli has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts. He currently serves on several advisory and leadership development boards of technology companies.
