John Carter is President & CTO at ReconaSense. He is an established industry veteran and system architect for solutions spanning federal and commercial applications. His experience includes IP, digital and analogue video systems, access control, intrusion detection, life safety, biometrics and alarm management. After beginning at NASA, John spent 5 years on SIA's Board of Directors and chairing the Homeland Security Advisory Group, leading to membership on SIA's Executive Committee. He has held positions including; President/CEO, CMO, CSO, VP of Sales/Marketing, VP National Accounts, VP of Engineering and served as a corporate and Security Industry Association Board Member.
