Alison Parkinson is primarily responsible for developing the organisation’s response to tackling cybercrime, to help grow the membership base, and to future proof its key offering to businesses. Alison has 20 years of experience in retail fraud and profit protection, and she has worked with top retailers such as the Home Retail Group and Next. She specialises in identifying end-to-end weaknesses within the supply chain and developing solutions to prevent fraud and reduce shrinkage in online e-commerce platforms. Alison is a member of the Loss Prevention (LP Magazine) editorial board and was formerly the chair of the Oris Online Forum.
