Alan Roden

Alan Roden serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Verint Systems, a position he has held since 2002. In this role, he leads Verint's corporate development strategy to extend Verint’s market leadership and pursue strategic acquisitions. He also is responsible for leading Verint's investor communications program. Mr. Roden brings to Verint significant investment banking experience in the technology industry. Before joining Verint, he served as a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ Technology Investment Banking Group, where he advised technology clients on financial and strategic transactions. Prior to pursuing his technology investment banking career, he worked as an electrical engineer.
