The new heavy duty WV-CW480 features an improved, highly reliable design and joins the award winning Panasonic Vandal Proof Camera Series. It provides some of the most advanced and reliable surveillance available, for indoor use and out, capable of functioning in a wide range of environmental conditions.

- Waterproof properties over IP66 (no longer any need for additional waterproofing)
- Vandal resistant
- Anti shock ABF, and Super Dynamic III technology
- Encompasses a dehumidification device that reduces condensation
- Pixel based 160x dynamic range
- Automatic switching from colour to black and white with changing light levels for 24 hour surveillance
- Detection of tampering such as spraying or covering the lens results in an automatic alarm
- Double processing of the 2D DNR and 3D DNR to reduce unwanted images such as car headlights
- Image stabilising feature to reduce vibrations caused by passing vehicles
