ADT pioneers were recognised this week at the International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC West) in Las Vegas, the largest and most converged security industry trade show in the U.S.
Women in Security Power 100 List 2022
With thousands of security and public safety professionals in attendance, this event covers everything from video surveillance and smart home technology to drones and robotics. And this year, ISC West’s premier sponsor, the Security Industry Association (SIA) held a recognition event for their 2022 honourees of the SIA Women in Security Power Forum 100.

SIA is a trade association for global security solution providers, with over 1,200 innovative member companies representing thousands of security leaders and experts who shape the future of the security industry.
Their Power 100 list recognises trailblazers who are recognised as leaders in the security industry in the areas of innovation, leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Transforming the security industry
“The SIA Women in Security Forum is an accomplished, impactful group who are modelling leadership, inspiring others, and shaping and transforming the security industry,” said SIA Women in Security Forum Chair Kasia Hanson.
“I was blown away by the calibre of nominees submitted for consideration from around the globe for this inaugural event,” said Holly Borgmann, Vice President of Government Affairs for ADT and a member of the SIA Board of Directions.
