The Promise Certified Trainings equip the security professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in supporting their customers
Promise Technology training increased Videotronic's knowledge around video  storage solutions

Promise Technology is proud to announce that Videotronic Infosystems Nederland B.V. are the first certified professionals in the Netherlands. On the 4th and 5th of July, Videotronic attended the two day training course to further improve their knowledge of installing, maintaining and designing solutions with Promise NVRs and storage in IP video surveillance.

Perfect applicant for training

Videotronic is a supplier of advanced security solutions in video surveillance. They do not only design, engineer, configure and implement the most suitable surveillance solution for their customers but also provide the service and support once the solution is deployed. As an integrator, Videotronic is the perfect applicant for the certified training of Promise Technology.

"We want to thank Videotronic for their enthusiasm during the training course and working together with Promise to develop the best surveillance solutions for their customers in the Netherlands,” said John van den Elzen, General Manager Surveillance Business Unit, Promise Technology.

Strong focus on service and support

Promise Technology places a strong focus on service and support, and training is considered one of the main pillars in the company’s strategy to further strengthen its presence throughout the EMEA region. Many security professionals know every specification for cameras and video management software (VMS), but there are gaps in the knowledge around storage and surveillance infrastructure.

Promise Technology is working hard to increase the knowledge level around storage solutions with onsite certified hands on training, such as the course with Videotronic where all of the integrator’s employees were trained on how to successfully install and maintain Promise's surveillance storage in the field.

The Promise Certified Trainings not only equip the security professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in supporting their customers, but the certification also serves as an important way for them to differentiate themselves when customers are selecting their security professional.
