Concerning COVID-19, Videotec wishes to inform all of the company’s partners, customers, suppliers and employees that the company has been put into agile working mode in order to ensure that its commercial, technical assistance, R&D, purchasing and planning activities remain fully operational.

From 6 April 2020, the production and logistics departments will begin to gradually resume operations to produce and fulfil orders for products that are necessary for essential supply chains. Videotec is fully compliant with preventative measures, such as the minimum distance between people and use of suitable protective equipment.

Least possible inconvenience

The company invites customers to get in touch with them in full confidence that they will organise and manage this period in a way that respects both the customers’ health and the company’s. The enormous efforts of all the employees, together with the huge stock of components and products, means that they can guarantee the least possible inconvenience to their customers.

The company wants to reiterate that the management at Videotec is addressing this international health situation with a great sense of responsibility when it comes to protecting the health of employees, customers, suppliers and the public. Videotec management has implemented all measures necessary as required by the ordinance of the Ministry of Health and the Veneto Region.
