Vicon Industries, Inc. (Vicon), a subsidiary of Cemtrex Inc., globally renowned designer and manufacturer of video surveillance and access control software, hardware, and components, has recently announced the appointment of Darren Cawte as the company’s UK Sales Manager, serving the Southwest United Kingdom region.

Darren Cawte has over six years of experience within the security sector, notably with some of the industry’s most prominent manufacturers and smart-home security companies.

Vast security industry experience

Before joining the team at Vicon Industries, Darren Cawte worked at ERA Home Security as a Project Manager and UK Sales Manager, and at ABUS as Regional Sales Manager.

Darren’s extensive experience, specifically within retail channels, has provided him exceptional insight into understanding security hardware and using that insight to address customer pain points.
