Veracity, a provider of intelligent solutions that solve real-world IP video challenges in transmission, storage and display, has released the latest update for its qulu plug-in, providing tight integration with COLDSTORE as either the main, or back-up, storage.

Plug-in features

Available now from Veracity and Vista, the qulu 2.5 plug-in provides support for full play, fast wind/rewind and synchronised playback as well as full export in this very efficient integration. Installers and administrators can configure the qulu VMS to use COLDSTORE in exactly the same way as any external storage, including storage alerts delivered by email if required, providing a seamless integration experience.

Veracity's detailed integration guide explains the plug-in installation and how to optimise qulu to gain the full benefits of COLDSTORE, whilst a comprehensive setup and diagnostic COLDSTORE administration application, SITESCAPE, is also available for download.
