UTC Fire & Security UK will be featuring new additions to the Interlogix TruVision camera range at the IFSEC security exhibition in London, June 20-22, stand G1300. UTC Fire & Security UK Ltd. and Interlogix are part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

UTC TruVision PTZ units

The new TruVision 1080p HD-TVI PTZ units feature over-the-coax telemetry control that allows existing analogue cameras to be easily replaced without the need for additional cabling. Available in pendant and flush/ceiling versions, an IR variant allows for strong low-light performance. The cameras can also serve as a retrofit into legacy installations by connecting the unit with its standard 960H BNC output and RS-485/RS-422 connection.

TruVision Navigator 7.0 software

When paired with the TruVision Navigator 7.0 software, installers can connect the latest generation TruVision HD-TVI PTZ camera through TVR12HD/44HD network recorders and control the camera’s on-screen display menu using the TruVision Navigator PTZ controls. Other benefits include IP66 rating, 30x optical (16x digital) zoom, true day/night and digital wide dynamic range.

“These exciting new additions to the TruVision range give installers and system designers an even wider selection of high performance HD cameras at great value,” says Paul Johnson, pre-sales engineer, UTC Fire & Security UK Ltd. “TruVision cameras are an excellence choice for many surveillance specialists, with models for a variety of key security and safety applications.”
