Integrated security manufacturer TDSi is proud to announce the appointment of Emily Phillips as its new Internal Customer Advisor, based at the company’s Poole headquarters. Emily’s new role will see her assisting customers from across the company’s UK and international export markets.

Managing Director of TDSi, John Davies commented, “Our Customer Support services team plays a key role in delivering TDSi products, services and support to our customers, ensuring every purchase from us lives up to expectations. We are delighted to welcome Emily to the team in this highly important role.”

In her new role, 22-year-old Emily will be involved with customers from across the globe

Reflecting upon her new role, Emily commented, “I am very excited to be taking on my new position at TDSi. It provides me with great scope to interact with and assist our customers from around the world. TDSi has a great reputation in the security industry and I am looking forward to being part of our ongoing success by ensuring we continue to offer the best service, which our customers expect and deserve.”

In her new role, 22-year-old Emily will be involved with customers from across the globe, providing a key contact throughout the sales and service cycle. This ranges from processing orders and returns to providing product information, sending out quotes for specific projects, following up orders that have been placed and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.

Gaining valuable insights

Emily, who also plays football for AFC Bournemouth ladies’ team added, “I recently graduated with a BA Hons degree in Criminology and this is my first experience in the security sector, so I am keen to learn more about how the industry works and to gain valuable insights from TDSi as a cutting-edge provider.”

She concluded, “I am very excited to be taking on my first full-time and permanent role since leaving university. TDSi offers industry-leading technology in a fast-paced and progressive industry, and I will be working with a great team to deliver the very best solutions on offer.”
