In response to the increasing demand on zero data loss in recording anytime, Surveon further introduced the failover solution in EC 4.0 version
Advanced features like live view object tracking, fisheye auto tracking and failover solution will improve efficiency of monitoring

Surveon Technology, the end-to-end IP surveillance solution provider, recently announced the latest version of NVR EC 3.3 and EC 4.0, along with its central management software Surveon Control Center (SCC) 2.7 and SurveOne Phase 1.2 will be released by the end of this month. Some advanced features like live view object tracking, fisheye auto tracking and failover solution are expected to not only enhance the efficiency of monitoring but also provide a more cost-efficient solution for most advanced applications.

Advanced tracking functionalities

Being the enterprise-level VMS, the newest NVR EC 3.3 adds advanced tracking functionalities during live view, helping users to easily trace object moving route and keep alert on any suspicious movement. The auto tracking feature in fisheye camera allows it to work as a PTZ camera, making the panoramic surveillance more effective with the needs of tracking suspicious object in time. Moreover, with its Windows Active Directory (LDAP), users can log in with Windows’ Account Domain without creating a new account on NVR and enjoy the efficiency to manage large-scale security system. Meanwhile, in response to the increasing demand on zero data loss in recording anytime, Surveon further introduced the failover solution in EC 4.0 version, allowing failover NVR to be able to work normally and only use failover licenses to take over recording from the failed NVR when needed, making it perfectly suitable for mission-critical applications like banking surveillance.

Surveon Control Center

The Surveon Control Center (SCC), a powerful add-on suite for advanced security projects, provides more user-friendly functions in the version 2.7, including supporting windows 10 operation system, 64-bit computing, pre-loaded SurveOne, and display UPS status, helping facilitate central management system. Last but not least, Surveon’s web-based easy system management tool SurveOne, will start to support batch upgrade for multiple Surveon’s cameras through USB at one time. Users can download the firmware to USB and select the upgrade types as wish. SurveOne phase1.2 also allows users to revise ALL the setting and IP of the cameras, giving system integrators a great convenience to manage the system while being time and cost-efficient.
