Continuing to promote the many advantages offered by deploying High Definition (HD) surveillance, professional trade only CCTV security products distributor, COP Security, has announced the availability of the latest raft of Dahua High Definition Composite Video Interface (HDCVI) cameras.

Dahua camera range

Consisting of dome, wedge mini dome and bullet style models, the new Dahua HDCVI releases are all HD and SD switchable via the OSD, and feature Day/Night (ICR), AWB, AGC BLC and 3DNR. Equipped to tackle the toughest of 24/7 applications, two new waterproof IP67 dome cameras both feature a 2.7-12mm motorised zoom lens and onboard Smart IR LEDs, with a maximum illumination distance of 60m. The DH-HAC-HDW2220R-Z dome camera is a 2.4Megapixel 25/30fps@1080P, 60fps@720P version, with a minimum IR scene illumination of 0.05Lux/F1.4, while the DH-HAC-HDW2120R-Z is a 1.3Megapixel 25/30/50/60fps@720P model, with a minimum IR scene illumination of just 0.01Lux/F1.4.

Built-in Smart IR LEDs

Providing high-quality surveillance in a compact package, two new wedge mini dome cameras feature a 3.6mm or 2.8mm fixed lens, Day/Night (ICR), AWB, AGC BLC and 3DNR. Sporting built-in Smart IR LEDs capable of illuminating a scene up to 20m, the mini domes employ a vandal proof IP67 rated metal housing. The DH-HAC-HDBW2220F is a 2.4Megapixel 25/30fps@1080P, 60fps@720P version, with a minimum IR scene illumination of 0.05Lux/F1.8. Similar in functionality, the DH-HAC-HDBW2120F, is a 25/30/50/60fps@720P model, with a minimum IR scene illumination of 0.01Lux/F1.6.

Offering 25/30fps@1080P performance in a bullet style housing, the new DH-HAC-HFW2220B is a 2.4Megapixel IP67 waterproof camera that features a 3.6mm fixed lens, and integrated Smart IR LEDs, supplying illumination up to 50m. In common with the new dome camera releases, the new bullet camera boasts a powerful surveillance specification, including DWDR, Day/Night(ICR), AWB, AGC, BLC, 3DNR, and is HD and SD switchable via the OSD.

Providing professional installers with highly-effective surveillance solutions, thanks to the realistic pricing of Dahua HDCVI technology, HDCVI based installations are compatible in cost, and often less expensive than analogue equivalents. Also, HDCVI products require no special skills to install, so upgrading to HD video has never been easier or more cost-effective!
