| With the acquisition of Entourage, USA has accomplished a goal of strategic expansion into the European Union |
U.S. Security Associates (USA), through its wholly owned affiliate, Andrews International LLC, announced the acquisition of Entourage Security Management, one of London’s premier security firms. The globalisation of business is leading more and more clients to seek security solutions outside the U.S. borders and this move establishes a strong foothold for the company in Europe.
Entourage provides uniformed security services, executive protection, special event staffing, and security & risk management consultation. Entourage offers custom-tailored programmes for high-end clients and unique security profiles and needs. They specialise in corporate, hotel, retail and event security and serve a portfolio of premier global clients.
The acquisition

New operations in Honduras and Nicaragua
U.S. Security Associates, through its affiliate Andrews International, has also recently established operations in Honduras and Nicaragua and will soon have a presence in Costa Rica.
