SALTO Systems, provider of wire free access control solutions, announces that it has opened a new Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support office in Hong Kong. The opening of this office is the latest step in SALTO System’s expansion into the North APAC market.

The company is excited about the opportunities offered in the buoyant North APAC market towards the continued growth of the company. With strong growth expected in the region, particularly in electronic locks, SALTO is well placed to meet these needs and provide end users with a complete end-to-end solution that can provide total control over who can access what, where and when at all times.

"We are confident that SALTO Systems offers exactly what the North APAC market is looking for today," said Marc Handels, SALTO Systems Chief Marketing & Sales Officer. "We bring our long-established reputation for product innovation and excellence to an expanding market that is eager for high quality end-to-end access control solutions and we are most excited to open this new office."

David Rees, SALTO Systems Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, adds, “When the decision was taken by SALTO Systems to open a subsidiary in Hong Kong, we knew from the outset we wanted to replicate elements from the SALTO Headquarters XSperience Centre, combined with an open workspace and training area. This would not only provide a modern work environment for local team members but also an exciting space where end user clients, consultants, designers, architects, engineers, integration partners and installers would be able to visit and have a hands-on experience with SALTO hardware and software products.”

“One Card, Whole of Property” solution

The guest list for the opening included long term existing customers and partners from around the region along with potential new end user customers, invited to see first-hand the commitment SALTO is making to Hong Kong and the region, while getting their first glimpse at the range of products SALTO offers as part of their “One Card, Whole of Property” access control solution.

Mr Stephen Phillips, Director-General of Investment Promotion, Mr Simon Tsang, Head of Innovation and Technology and Ms Carmen Chan, Manager of Innovation and Technology of InvestHK attended the event. Rees comments “InvestHK were of great assistance when incorporating the Company by providing invaluable local knowledge and support, core to successfully opening a business in Hong Kong.”
