Richard is responsible for selling ReconaSense’s access control and video management platforms

ReconaSense, Inc., a new enterprise-level security development company, recently announced that Richard Hennigan has joined the company as the Eastern Region Vice President of Sales. Richard is responsible for selling ReconaSense’s access control and video management platforms to help enterprise-wide commercial and government operations in the eastern half of the United States.

“I’m truly excited that Richard has joined our ReconaSense team,” said John Carter, President & CTO of ReconaSense. “Richard has a rare combination of competitive product knowledge, industry experience, and technical acumen. He has always been a customer champion, and I look forward to working with him to solve some of today’s complex security issues with our new generation of technology.”

Work experience

Richard worked recently as the Program Manager with Split Pine Technologies, where he managed Anti-Terrorism/ Force Protection program for the design, installation, and deployment of over 25 Navy Access Control Point Gate Automation Systems and captured approximately $10 million in new project contracts. He has also been an independent Security Sales Consultant in the eastern US and Partner/ Sales Director for Technical Systems Marketing Manufacturers' Representative firm specialising in IP-based video management, access control, and integrated security systems design. Richard has a B.A. in Marketing/ Marketing Management from the University of Texas and resides in Tallahassee, Florida.
