Qognify, a provider of video and enterprise incident management solutions, will join technology partner, Axis Communications, to present its award-winning Retail Solution in booth #E03, hall 6 at EuroShop 2023, taking place at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany, from 26th February till 2nd March.

Qognify BVI and VMS

Brick-and-mortar, multi-channel, and e-commerce retailers will learn how they can leverage Qognify‘s enterprise-class video management system – Qognify VMS – to help prevent and reduce cases of theft and fraud.

In addition, they can find out how to increase business transparency, drive productivity gains and fight organised retail crime with Qognify BVI (Business Video Intelligence).

Qognify retail solution

Qognify retail solution can be used in-store to help combat the rise in organised retail crime

For example, a major online fashion retailer was able to significantly transform its claims process by using Qognify’s retail solution. In doing so, the company managed to reduce false claims by more than 62% and is saving millions annually, realising a return on investment in just a few months.

The Qognify retail solution can also be used in-store to help combat the rise in organised retail crime, integrating with Point of Sale (PoS) and self-checkout systems to generate insights into shopping behaviour and store productivity, as well as investigate suspicious transaction types such as cancellations, returns or void transactions at the checkout.

Web-based Qognify Umbrella

The Qognify retail solution also improves the ongoing management of a retailer’s entire video infrastructure. The web-based Qognify Umbrella makes it easy to centrally configure, manage and monitor all connected Qognify VMS systems across multiple sites and geographies.

A large international food retailer has recently been able to reduce configuration time from days to minutes, by centrally managing hundreds of in-store Qognify VMS systems.
