Paxton Access, the global brand of electronic IP access control systems announces that its award-winning video intercom system, Net2 Entry now works standalone based on customer feedback.
Standalone is a simple, low maintenance and non-networked solution, meaning that the Net2 Entry system can now be used with credentials without the need for a Net2 server. This allows for a quick, simple installation and easy user management with Paxton’s standard Standalone enrolment and shadow cards. Net2 Entry used in standalone mode is the perfect choice for dealers that want to provide their customers with the opportunity to expand existing sites already utilizing Paxton’s Compact and Switch2 range or on sites where connecting to a network or server isn’t’ possible.
