OPTEX will introduce the latest addition to its award-winning LiDAR range, the REDSCAN mini-Pro sensor series.

Providing an extra layer of security intelligence, the REDSCAN mini-Pro features highly accurate LiDAR detection and an integrated camera that allows verification of the cause of the alarm, while documenting incidents for thorough post-event analysis.

OPTEX will also introduce its latest evolution in fibre optic sensing technology for perimeter protection.

The Fiber Sensys EchoPoint™ Distributed Acoustic Sensors (DAS) with an intelligent detection algorithm that provides pinpoint detection of +/- 6m in a range of up to 100km.

FlipX series of indoor sensors

The show will also provide the opportunity for OPTEX to debut the latest addition to the innovative FlipX series of indoor sensors. The new FlipX Professional, with its adaptable lens, can protect everything from narrow corridors or long areas, such as supermarket aisles, or wide, open areas like classrooms, retail stores, and open-plan offices.

By simply ‘flipping’ the lens through 180°, the sensors can be utilised to provide both narrow and wide detection in the same unit, delivering enhanced flexibility for installer and end-user alike.

Advanced security solutions

OPTEX’s sales, marketing, technical, and management team in Italy will be on-stand to talk customers through the complete suite of advanced security solutions and how using different technologies can be utilised to provide a tailored security solution suitable for various applications from safeguarding data centres to securing extensive distribution networks.

Sicurezza is Italy’s largest and pioneering security and fire trade fair, taking place 15th-17th November at Fiera Milano, presenting the latest technology and innovations from across the industry.
