Ron Kandcer will be reporting to Scott Schramme, Continental’s VP, Sales
Kandcer will coordinate the efforts of its US regional sales managers and training programme nationwide

The Continental Access Division of Napco Security Technologies, Inc., has announced the recent appointment of Ron Kandcer, as Director of Sales, reporting to Scott Schramme, Continental’s VP, Sales. Kandcer comes to Continental Access with a successful career spanning over 2 decades in the access control and security industry, including sales management roles at Allegion®, Matrix Systems® and UTC® Fire & Security.

Kandcer will lead Continental’s sales force and coordinate the efforts of its US regional sales managers and training program nationwide. This newly-created position will be especially key, as the Division prepares to launch its high-anticipated CA4K™ Enterprise Access Control & Security Management Platform, rolling out later this year, featuring an all new UI, more hosted services; more integration options, i.e., VMS, intercom, biometric and building services; plus, comprehensive web client and distributed & local database management. Based in Colorado, Ron is also a veteran of the US Army where he held multiple positions including M1A1 tank gunner and was responsible for overseeing classified documents handling, intelligence assessments and was assigned to an anti-terrorism task force during the first Gulf War.
